How long until my order ships?
Most items are made to order and ship within a few business days. Custom pet designs ship shortly after your photos are approved.
How does a custom pet keycap work?
Choose a dessert, upload a few photos of your cat, and our designer hand-matches the 3D model to your pet's markings before we print it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We'll remake it or refund you — see our warranty page for how to file a claim.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Reach out as soon as possible. Once a made-to-order item enters production we may not be able to change it.
