Every OTTO Future product is made to order in the US and inspected before it ships. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Our promise
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you ordered, we'll remake it or refund you — your choice.
- Remake: we produce a fresh unit and ship it at no additional charge.
- Refund: we refund the affected items to your original payment method.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects (print flaws, finishing issues).
- Damage in transit.
- Items that differ from the configuration you ordered.
What's not covered
- Normal wear from everyday use.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modification.
- Custom items where the issue is an approved customization choice (e.g. a color you selected).
How to make a claim
Reach out from your order history or contact support within 30 days of delivery. A photo of the issue helps us resolve it faster.
