These terms govern your use of OTTO Future and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & made-to-order production

Our products are manufactured on demand after payment is confirmed. The price shown at checkout is the price charged. We may decline or cancel an order if it can't be produced as configured or if we suspect fraud; you'll be refunded in full if we do.

Custom & personalized items

Custom items are built from the options and any photos you provide. You confirm you have the rights to any content you upload. Because these items are made specifically for you, changes may not be possible once production has started.

Pricing, payment & taxes

Payment is processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.

Warranty, remakes & refunds

Defective or incorrect items are covered by our warranty & remakes promise.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content that infringes others' rights or violates the law, and don't misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
